Armstrong McCall Beauty Supply of Sugar Land is hiring for inside sales!

Hours:

Mon‑Fri 9‑5:30 and Sat 9‑2.
Closed Sundays.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they shop
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
• Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus for multilingual customer interactions
• Knowledge of technical sales or willingness to learn
• Upselling skills to increase sales revenue
