Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Sugar Land, TX. The Assistant Manager will support store leadership by overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff schedules, and maintaining high-quality merchandising standards. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, training team members, and assisting in meeting sales goals. The role requires a hands-on approach to leading a team and fostering a productive work environment.
Qualifications- Proven leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate staff effectively
- Customer service and sales experience with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle inventory management, product merchandising, and organization
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve sales goals and address challenges
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
- Previous retail or management experience is preferred
- Basic proficiency in relevant POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Business or related field is a plus
