The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A day in the life… Shares your love of beauty trends and tells customers all about product knowledge, keeps the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they're looking for. Keeps the sales floor clean, and fills in and completes all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.

Defuses customer situations and provides resolution in a timely and effective manner. Works with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.

• Solid math, verbal, and written communications skills.

• Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

$16.60 - $17.30 Hourly. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
