Estate Sale Team Member Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg & Fulshear

Responsibilities

• Providing world class customer service to our clients, customers, and team!
• Photographing items for online estate sale auctions, writing descriptions
• Professionally packing/unpacking household goods
• Assisting in household sorting and organizing
• Preparing homes for liquidations of all types including online auctions and clean outs
• Serving as staff for our online auction pickups

• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Strong character and integrity
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Technical ability to work well on smart devices and apps for auction processing
• Excellent communication skills and written skills
• Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Physical ability - including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Willing to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Smart phone access
• Must pass background check

Starting Pay Rate: $15 an hour. Pay increases based on performance and productivity.

This position is part‑time on an as‑needed basis with no guaranteed hours. Part‑time employees can expect to receive anywhere from 12 hours to 30+ hours per week.
