Outside Sales Representative

We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow sales of construction, landscape, and rental equipment. This role is ideal for a motivated, field-based sales professional who enjoys building relationships, visiting job sites, and closing deals.

• Manage and grow sales/rental territory
• Prospect new customers including contractors, landscapers, and rental accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct job site visits and equipment demos
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
• Coordinate with service, parts, and rental teams to support customers
• Stay current on product lines, market trends, and competitors

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (equipment, construction, landscape, rental, or related industry preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Basic computer skills (CRM, email, mobile tools)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
