Outside Sales Representative

fun abounds is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to represent our portfolio of manufacturers and promote/provide our amazing playground products to Schools, Communities, Churches, and Daycares within our Greater Houston Territory. Help us continue to “create playground memories filled with fun” within Houston and the surrounding counties!

• Individual will directly oversee a specific territory and will be responsible for managing existing clients within that area as well as developing new working relationships with new potential clients.
• Individual will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating meetings with clients, conducting site visits and overseeing projects from start to finish.
• Individual will strive to meet and/or exceed goals set for the entire fun abounds team as well as independent goals set exclusively for the individual and territory they will oversee.
• Individual will work remotely or from the fun abounds office when not on site‑visits and/or visiting with clients.

• Self‑motivated and passionate about sales and servicing clients.
• Flexibility with scheduling and hours.
• Willingness to ensure a positive experience for the client.
• Able and willing to drive to sites within the designated region.
• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
• Service existing clients with the upbeat, fun abounds attitude they are accustomed to.
• Acquire and effectively demonstrate and communicate product line knowledge.
• Meet established goals for territory development.
• Serious about fun!!!

• Construction/Construction Management Background
• Hub Spot/CRM Experience

This is a Contractor position that requires 1099 filing. Compensation/commission arrangements as well as benefits offered will be discussed at time of interview for serious candidates.
