Group 1 Acura Sugar Land is expanding and looking to add a high-performing Sales Professional with luxury dealership experience to our team.

We’re specifically seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of luxury automotive sales experience (Acura preferred) who are passionate about customer service, thrive in a people-focused environment, and take pride in delivering a seamless, high‑end purchase experience.

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow‑up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

• Minimum 3 years of luxury automotive sales experience is required (Acura preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
• Experience handling phone leads and Internet inquiries is a strong plus
• Strong desire to succeed in a commission‑driven, performance‑based environment
• Positive attitude with a high‑energy personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Self‑motivated and proactive
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
