Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Kaizen Summer Sales Intern and immerse yourself in the fast‑paced world of business development and sales. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in outside sales, territory management, and customer engagement. You will play a vital role in driving growth through lead generation, service demonstrations, and strategic account management.

• Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships through cold calling and direct outreach
• Assist in managing territory sales by analyzing market trends and developing strategies to expand the customer base
• Conduct service demos to showcase features and benefits, upselling solutions that meet client needs
• Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to track prospects and follow‑up activities
• Collaborate with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or management
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and understanding sales cycles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Strong analytical skills to interpret conversations and determine the appropriate path to take them down
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management is a plus but not required
