Elements Massage is a wellness studio seeking an engaging, outgoing professional to lead membership sales and customer service for new and existing clients.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys problem‑solving and can confidently work independently once trained.

Team Member Traits- Confidently follows a structured sales process to promote our membership program
- Resourceful, adaptable, and confident making decisions while staying aligned with our brand and systems
- Loves engaging in meaningful conversations—and knows the power of listening
- Turns feedback or challenges into opportunities to deliver unforgettable service
- Has previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
- Is comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing
- Is enthusiastic about creating a positive work culture for both clients and teammates
- Greet clients warmly and tend to the visual presentation of the studio
- Educate clients on the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program
- Follow a proven sales process
- Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling and general inquiries
- Collaborate with managers and massage therapists to create a seamless and caring environment for every client

Hourly pay: $12.50–$14 based on experience.
