Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land is seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Manager with proven leadership to drive the Pre-Owned Sales team. You will guide and develop sales staff, oversee activity across the showroom, e-commerce, and phone channels, and partner with the Sales VP on inventory strategy and performance.
The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years in Sales Management, F&I experience, solid sales background, and strong communication and leadership skills with a commitment to teamwork and integrity.
