Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales representative is responsible for all areas relating to sales & support. This position will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly sales, service, and support activities. This position must meet tight deadlines and a multitude of sales activities and is responsible for keeping each customer satisfied.

• oProspecting potential customers and generating lead
• sQuoting various standard and custom products to the customer
• .Update ERP system and set up pricing levels, update & maintain standard pricing sheets as necessary, and provide any special customer-related instructions
• .Follow up on open quotes and order
• sManage sales-related project
• sGenerate reports based on requirements from customers and for internal us
• eOpen quote Opportunities report and meetin
• gCommunicate with customers regarding product datasheets, catalogs, web interface, pricing, and follow up regarding the same
• .Manage Amran sales representatives, territories, accounts, and performances
• .Help customers and sales managers with customer forecasts, MINs, agreements, and follow-ups
• .Update data sheets, website, cross-reference sheets, and keep records of revisions
• .Create new data sheets for new model
• sFollow through on sample/prototype approval process - Coordinate sample shipments, PPAP, and qualification-related activitie
• sWork on marketing projects such as pocketbooks, catalogs, website, etc
• .Work with quality on work instructions/procedures for sales. Keep up to dat
• eWork with customers on agreements, stock levels, and Min-Max. Updated ERP system for stock levels as necessar
