Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee movement, and support badge and entry procedures in line with site policies and financial institution protocols
