Detect theft, fraud, and suspicious activity; collect investigative evidence using CCTV and floor observations;
Document investigations and maintain records of apprehensions, witness statements, and recovered merchandise;
Conduct external interviews in compliance with laws and company policy;
Report suspected fraud and policy violations to AP and store leadership;
Assist with asset protection audits and safety initiatives; support morning meetings to communicate shrinkage and safety topics
