Responsibilities
Run wire, replace fuses, install outlets, switches and fixtures. Perform basic plumbing maintenance, running snake, cutting PVC pipe, patching drywall, and painting. Carry out basic HVAC maintenance such as replacing filters, thermostats, and inspecting fans to ensure proper operation of equipment and systems in the building. Adequately fill out work orders and preventive maintenance documentation. Report to a lead maintenance technician and follow daily maintenance activities around the building.
This opportunity requires no travel outside of the job site; the commercial building is located in Raleigh, NC.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license.
- Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification is highly preferred.
- 1-2 years of general maintenance experience preferred or formal institution education/background related to field of work.
(Full time) 1st shift: 8AM to 5:00PM. This opportunity requires being on call 3-4 times per year.
