What You'll Get:- $25-$35 hourly
- Performance-based pay that rewards top execution

- Clear procedures and real support so you're set up to succeed
- 6% SPIFF
- Installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems to spec, clean and code-compliant
- Diagnosing and repairing service calls across a range of systems
- Following established SOPs and company standards on every job
- Pulling and respecting permits, and holding the line on safety
- Documenting your work accurately (paperwork is part of doing it right)
- Communicating clearly with dispatch, the office, and the customer
- Keeping your truck, tools, and installs in order
- Hands-on experience in HVAC installation (required)
- Service and troubleshooting experience across residential and light commercial systems (required)
- Solid technical knowledge across low and high voltage, refrigerant, airflow, and basic diagnostics
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Comfortable with paperwork and following a defined process
