HVAC Tune Up Tech

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an HVAC Tune Up Tech to perform residential and light commercial system tune-ups, inspections, and preventive maintenance. In this role, you'll clean and test HVAC components, identify performance issues, and make service recommendations while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll follow strict safety and quality standards, document all work, and coordinate with dispatch and senior techs. Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC system tune-ups, inspections, and preventive maintenance
• Diagnose basic performance issues and recommend repairs or replacements
• Clean, test, and adjust HVAC components to improve efficiency and reliability
• Document findings, services performed, and parts used in service tickets
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance needs, and ARS-Rescue Rooter services
• Follow company safety protocols and industry standards on every job
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, working order
• Coordinate scheduling and updates with dispatch and supervisors
• Support senior technicians on complex diagnostics and system start-ups
• Represent ARS-Rescue Rooter professionally at all customer sites
