The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Educational Based Diagnostician (monolingual or bilingual) for a school-based role in Sugar Land, TX for the 26/27 school year
. This is a full-time, onsite or hybrid position supporting a local school district and is ideal for credentialed School Psychologists who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Graduate from an EBD program
- Current license as an Educational Based Diagnostician in TX through TEA
- 1-2 years of diagnostician experience in a school setting is preferred
- Must be experienced with testing, writing reports, and attending ARDs
- Experience with XBASS is highly preferred
- Must be available to work either fully onsite OR 4 days onsite and one day remote.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments evaluating cognitive ability, academic achievement, and social-emotional development
- Write detailed evaluation reports and present findings at ARD/IEP meetings (attend ARDs, not facilitate)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support individualized education plans
- Ensure all evaluations comply with state and federal special education law (IDEA) and TEA guidelines
