Senior Full Stack Developer

Prime Communications is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. You'll work on enterprise-scale web applications, AI-driven solutions, and internal platforms that support thousands of employees across the country.

This role requires someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, building scalable applications, and working directly with business leaders across multiple departments.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple departments

Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:

• Docker

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications
• Build scalable APIs and backend services
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long‑term solutions
• Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices
