Road Supervisors ensure all routes are completed in compliancewithsafetyprocedures. Weareseekingcustomerservice-orientedprofessionalswhoarededicatedto safety.

+ Competitivecompensationpackageof minimum $21.75 - Maximum $ 27.00

Key Responsibilities:

+ Communicatejobrequirementsandresponsibilitiestodrivers.

+ Daytodayscheduling,counseling,andsubmittingevaluationreportstolocalmanagement.

+ Conducton-the-sceneaccidentinvestigations;assistdriversinpreparingaccidentreports,OSHAreports and safety violations documents.

+ Developandhostdrivertrainingandsafetycourses;trainnewdriversandretraindriversinvolvedin accidents.

+ Observedriversontheroad-correctsafetyproblemsonthescenewhiledocumentingviolations.

+ Liaisonbetweendriversandboththecustomersandorganizationincustomerserviceconcerns

+ Evaluateandmonitordriversafetyandperformanceincompliancewithlegal,employmentandlabor policy matters.

+ Assist Safety Manager with DOT/FTAcompliance
-drugtestingandrecordkeeping.

+ Driveroutesas needed.

+ Otherdutiesasrequired.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diplomaor GED

+ Valid Commercial Driver 'sLicense with Passenger and Air brakes Endorsement

+ Supervisoryexperiencewithhourlyemployees;2-3yearstransitsupervisoryexperiencepreferred

+ Computer literate-basicknowledgeof

Microsoft

Outlook,Word,Exceland Power Point

+ Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.

+ Subjecttoa

Theessentialfunctionsofthispositionrequiretheabilityto:

+ Workoutsideinvaryingtemperature,weather,andhumidityconditions-100% ofthejobisperformed outside, work alone and in remote locations.

+ Sitforextendedperiods(upto6-8hoursperday);frequentlywalkforlongdistancesandonpossible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces

+ Pushandpullobjectsupto
50pounds,occasionallythroughouttheworkday;liftmaterialweighingupto 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level

+ Withstandheavytrafficareaswhileperformingthedutiesofthejob;tolerateexposuretoconsiderable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
