Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, professional Driver / Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support shipping, transportation, and vehicle operations. This role includes coordinating shipments and deliveries, maintaining company vehicles, and providing safe transportation services. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible with scheduling.

Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving
  • Receive, inspect, process, package, label, and track incoming/outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers such as UPS and Fed Ex.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and tracking records.
  • Organize and manage storage areas and inventory.
  • Report shipment discrepancies or damages.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits.
Transportation & Vehicle Management
  • Provide safe, timely transportation for principals and authorized guests.
  • Handle errands, airport transfers, deliveries, and pickups.
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, stocked, and maintained.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, registration, and insurance.
  • Maintain mileage, fuel, and service records.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background and MVR checks.
  • Experience in driving, shipping/receiving, warehouse, logistics, or transportation preferred.
  • Experience operating vans, SUVs, or company vehicles preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Professional demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic computer and shipping/inventory system skills.
Physical Requirements & Schedule
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and load/unload materials throughout the day.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse, garage, outdoor, and transportation environments.
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Full-time position with schedule based on business needs.
