The City of Sugar Land is seeking a full-time Fleet Services Supervisor in the Fleet Department.
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for fleet operations and a talent for keeping complex equipment running at peak performance? We're looking for a skilled and driven professional to oversee the maintenance and repair of our City's diverse fleet-from heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment to light vehicles and specialized machinery.
In this role, you'll do more than manage repairs-you'll lead a team of dedicated technicians, coordinate critical maintenance operations, and help ensure the reliability and safety of the equipment that supports essential City services. You'll play a key part in day-to-day shop operations, guide staff performance, and contribute to projects that improve efficiency and extend the life of our fleet assets.Why

We pay our Fleet Services Supervisor a starting salary of $35.78 - $41.15 per hour depending on your qualifications and experience.We
