Operations Manager
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inventory Supervisor to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas. This individual will be responsible for supervising and supporting daily inventory operations across multiple shifts and locations, including inventory transactions, material handling, inventory control, cycle counts, and operational coordination to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, inventory control experience, and the ability to support fast‑paced warehouse and production operations across multiple shifts and departments.
Pay,Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $21 to $23/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Located in Sugar Land, TX
- Supervise daily Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) inventory transactions
- Manage and support inventory operations across assigned shifts and sites
- Lead and support Inventory Clerks in daily operational activities
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Utilize SAP/MES inventory systems for inventory transactions and tracking
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and provide corrective actions
- Coordinate staffing and workflow support based on operational needs
- Ensure inventory materials are properly stored and handled according to procedures
- Maintain inventory organization, storage conditions, and safety compliance
Support communication between warehouse, production, planning, and management teams - Assist with inventory process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Report operational risks, issues, and concerns to management in a timely manner
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- 3+ years of inventory or warehouse operations experience preferred
- 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Experience with electronic parts/components inventory management preferred
- SAP/MES inventory system experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Detail‑oriented with strong inventory control awareness
- Ability to support multi‑shift and multi‑site operations
- Ability to properly handle electronic parts and inventory materials
