Key Responsibilities Support daily accounting operations across multiple departments Process AP/AR, bank deposits, and account reconciliations Assist with schedule maintenance and monthly financial statement preparation Review deal jackets for accuracy and compliance Work closely with the Controller and Office Manager to learn dealership accounting workflows Help maintain accurate records for inventory, flooring, and manufacturer statements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency with Excel;

familiarity with dealership DMS systems is a plus (CDK, Reynolds, Dealer track, etc.) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn automotive-specific accounting processes
