Business Analyst

• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and solution development sessions
• Support Agile implementation, testing, and deployment activities
• Develop process maps, workflows, and operational recommendations
• Support governance, project planning, and operational readiness efforts
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 8 years as a business analyst or SME
• Minimum 5 years supporting federal programs involving process optimization, requirements analysis, or system integration with an immigration focus
• USCIS or DHS program support
• CBAP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow optimization, and Agile methodologies
• Five years of immigration policy, immigration ecosystem, and DHS identity management/verification experience
• System integration projects
• Agile transformation initiatives
• Business process reengineering
• Operational readiness support
