* Education and Experience:

** Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware maintenance and repair within a Windows, Linux, and UNIX-based infrastructure. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the Service Now Action Request System or equivalent.

* Skills:

** Excellent customer service skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient documentation skills. Familiarity with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
