Job DescriptionMission Technologies is searching for an experienced CSO/ACSO to join our team in Springfield, VA. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day management and implementation of the facility’s SCI security program under the direction of their cognizant government security lead. Other responsibilities include developing an organizational approach to complying with the customer's mission and Vision statement while implementing applicable security policies at their facility.
This individual must have the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and be well versed on all security disciplines: physical security, industrial security, information security, personnel security, and cyber‑security.

- Applying SCI directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines.
- Supervising the SCIF, maintaining documentation, administering the SCI program.
- Controlling, transmitting, transporting, packaging, destroying, and inventorying accountable classified information.
- Conducting or leading security inquiries to include drafting final incident reports.
- Creating and maintaining PERSEC records within DISS and/or Scattered Castles.
- Certifying, transmitting, receiving visitor clearances and accesses.
- Conducting indoctrination and termination briefings.
- Conducting annual facility security self‑assessments.
- Managing, supervising, and providing support to SAPS.
- Initiating security clearance investigations in equip.
- Overseeing the operation of access control systems and intrusion detection systems.
Reporting derogatory information to the Central Adjudication Facility (CAF) on SCI‑indoctrinated personnel.
Minimum QualificationsIndustrial Security Analyst 3 : 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Industrial Security Analyst 4 : 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
Industrial Security Analyst 5 : 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
Shall have extensive experience using the SIMS application or other security database.
Shall have 3 or more years’ experience in developing, organizing, and administering a Security training program.
