** Position Description*
* Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Business Process Lead to analyze and reengineer existing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.

** In this role you will:*
* + Analyze and reengineer existing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

+ Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery of objectives

+ Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support project and change initiatives

+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions

+ Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* + 3 years of experience leading large scale federal projects

+ Experience implementing solutions in federal agencies

** Desired

Skills:

* + MBA

+ Experience communicating change management to federal agencies

** Security Clearance:*
* + An active TS/SCI clearance is required

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of  
** California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland** . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

$118,300-$149,100 USD
