As the top‑ranked Service Now solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing Service Now for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.

• Develop the application including configuration, report development and data migration where applicable.
• Perform custom development (as required) and 3rd‑party integrations.
• Carry out unit‑testing and defect resolution.
• Carry out migration of the changes to production.
• Assist with technical design and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Service Now that support business requirements.

• 3+ years of experience with Service Now development or administrator experience.

• Security + CE.
• ITSM, HAM, SAM and/or CSM experience.
• Service Now Certified System Administrator certification (CSA).
• Custom application development experience.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $105,900–$169,300 USD.
