As a Data Product & Quality Specialist at AFS, you will act as the primary quality and testing authority for data products, bridging the gap between the engineering team and data consumers.

** Responsibilities*
* + Develop and execute test plans for data pipelines, APIs, and data products to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to requirements.

+ Perform functional testing from a consumer's perspective, validating that data is discoverable in the ACDC catalog, accessible via the APIs, and matches the documented metadata.

+ Serve as a member of the "Enabling Team," acting as a data mesh advocate who supports the adoption of the DME by helping consumers find, understand, and use data products.

+ Create and maintain user-facing documentation, tutorials, and "getting started" guides for data consumers.

+ Gather feedback from early adopters and mission partners to create a feedback loop that drives continuous improvement for the data products and the platform itself.

** Basic Qualifications*
* + User-level experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman), data catalog interfaces (ACDC), and data validation techniques.

+

Experience with Python scripting

+ Familiarity with SQL

+ Experience in data quality assurance, software testing, and writing technical documentation.

* + Excellent communication skills to effectively translate consumer needs into technical feedback for the development team.

+ A strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand data from both a technical and a mission-user perspective.

* + An active Secret clearance is required

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of  
** California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland** . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
