Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead and oversee enterprise IT support operations within a federal government contracting environment.
Responsibilities- Provide executive leadership across Tier 1 Service Desk, Tier 2 Advanced Problem Resolution, USPTO Contact Center, Knowledge Management, and Accounts Management.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of all IT incidents and problems across a multi-site environment.
- Accountable for the delivery of high-volume ticket handling and VIP customer service in fast-paced ITIL contexts.
- Oversee the technical service desk and support teams.
- Minimum five (5) years of successful Tier 1 support services leadership experience or equivalent.
- Citizenship required; favorable Tier 1 investigation (or immediate NBIS T1 suitability eligibility).
- Experience in federal contracting and ITIL-based service management.
- Falls Church, VA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite/2 days telework).
- Alexandria, Virginia (Full-time).
- Annual salary range: $70,000.00–$72,000.00.
