TS/SCI clearance is required

Job Description:

Join our team as a developer implementing Service Now for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.

Responsibilities include:

• Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable

• Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations

• Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution

• Carries out migration of the changes to production

• Assists with technical design and documentation

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Service Now that support business requirements Here's what you need:

• 3+ years of experience with Service Now development or administrator experience Bonus Points if you have:

• Security + CE

• ITSM, HAM, SAM and/or CSM experience

• Service Now Certified System Administrator certification (CSA)

• Custom application development experience

• Bachelor's degree
