:
Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.
Responsibilities include:Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable
- Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations
- Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution
- Carries out migration of the changes to production
- Assists with technical design and documentation
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Service Now that support business requirements
3+ years of experience with Service Now development or administrator experience
Bonus Points if you have:- Security + CE
- ITSM, HAM, SAM and/or CSM experience
- Service Now Certified System Administrator certification (CSA)
