IT Business Analyst, IT Support
INNOVIM is seeking an experienced federal IT professional to provide support with FITARA (Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act) compliance and governance activities. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of federal IT acquisition, CIO oversight requirements, technology business management, IT portfolio management, capital planning, and federal reporting processes.

Shift: Day Shift
- Assist with FITARA compliance activities and documentation
- Support IT investment reviews and governance processes
- Review IT acquisitions and projects for FITARA alignment
- Develop reports, briefings, and status updates for leadership
- Coordinate with program, acquisition, and IT stakeholders
- Support audit requests, scorecard metrics, and performance tracking
- Experience with FITARA and federal IT management requirements
- Knowledge of OMB guidance, CIO governance, and IT portfolio management
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
This position is expected to pay $90,000 to $115,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
