Job Description
Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced CSO/ACSO to join our team. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day management and implementation of the facility’s SCI security program under the direction of the cognizant government security lead. The CSO/ACSO must communicate effectively with senior leaders and be well versed in all security disciplines: physical, industrial, information, personnel, and cyber‑security.
Industrial Security Analyst 2: $90,000 - $110,000;
Industrial Security Analyst 3: $105,000 - $120,000.
- Apply SCI directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines.
- Supervise the SCIF, maintain documentation, and administer the SCI program.
- Control, transmit, transport, package, destroy, and inventory accountable classified information.
- Conduct or lead security inquiries, including drafting final incident reports.
- Create and maintain PERSEC records within DISS and/or Scattered Castles.
- Certify, transmit, and receive visitor clearances and accesses.
- Conduct indoctrination and termination briefings.
- Conduct annual facility security self‑assessments.
- Manage, supervise, and provide support to SAPS.
- Initiate security clearance investigations in equipment.
- Oversee the operation of access control and intrusion detection systems.
- Report derogatory information to the Central Adjudication Facility (CAF) on SCI‑indoctrinated personnel.
- 3–6+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field, OR
- 1–4+ years of experience with a Master’s in a related field, OR
- 7–10+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Extensive experience using the SIMS application or other security database.
- 3 or more years of experience developing, organizing, and administering a security training program.
- Experience conducting security classification reviews in accordance with security classification guidance and applicable OCA guidance.
- TS/SCI clearance at time of hire with the ability to obtain CI Poly.
- Experience overseeing the operation of a closed‑circuit surveillance system.
- Experience drafting and overseeing construction security plans.
- Working knowledge of Controlled Access Programs (CAP)/Special Access Programs (SAP) and DoDM 5205‑07 volumes 1‑4.
- Possession of the Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
