Compensation

$23/hr | Contract role through BGSF

Job Description

You will complete maintenance requests, perform repairs, support make‑ready turns, maintain grounds, and ensure safe, functional units and common areas while working with your own tools.

Key Responsibilities

* To complete service requests and general repairs

* To support make‑ready turns and unit preparation

* To troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues

* To maintain clean and safe grounds and common areas

* To work independently using personal tools

* Prior apartment maintenance or industry experience

* Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs

* Must have own tools

* Reliable transportation

* Dependable, professional, and detail‑oriented

* Experience with multifamily properties

* Basic HVAC knowledge
