Job Description

Reports to:Office Manager

Schedule: Full-Time Position

M-F (7:30AM-4:30AM)

Summary:The General Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to the office by assisting with documentation, contract processing, and title-related functions. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and patterns within paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Essential Duties:

• Review and ensure proper documentation is included in each vehicle deal packet.
• Assist with contract processing, title work, and other administrative functions as needed.
• Support general office operations and perform assigned clerical tasks.
• Participate in cross-training across administrative office functions to support team flexibility.
• Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and required HR trainings.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Accounting knowledge preferred
• Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Must be focused, detail oriented, and very thorough.
• Analytical and inquisitive mind
