KDC-ONE, with Aerofil Technology, Inc. as a client, seeks a Customer Relationship Specialist to act as the customer’s representative on the ATI team and to ensure timely service and clear communication between customers and ATI colleagues.
The CRS will receive and route requests, verify information, monitor service processes, and maintain attendance per policy while supporting inventory control activities and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
