Business Office Manager About the Role

Hiring for Bel Oak of Union (Union Care Center) and Bel Oak of Meramec. The Business Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions within a healthcare setting. This position is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the business office, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. The manager will lead a team to optimize billing processes, manage patient accounts, and enhance overall revenue cycle management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare business office or similar environment.
