ABiLITY is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training, certifications, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• $20/hour – Part-Time

Additional pay may be offered based on verified experience.

• Days: approximately 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (EXTREMELY LIMITED AVAILABILITY)
• Evenings: approximately 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Primary availability)
• Overnights: approximately 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM (EXTREMELY LIMITED AVAILABILITY)

• Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, routines)
• Support independence and community involvement
• Administer medications (training provided)
• Complete daily documentation

• No experience required—we train you
• Paid training and certifications
• Mileage reimbursement for work-related driving
• Supportive team environment

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Able to pass required screenings
• Dependable and willing to learn

• Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)
• CPR / First Aid / AED
• Crisis Prevention
• DSP training modules

• Sick time accrual

• Paid training

The allocation of locations and training paths is subject to the specific support requirements of individuals and discretion of agency management.
