You’ll provide individualized support, education, and counseling to help clients move toward lasting recovery and wellness. About the ITCD Program:
The Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) program provides specialized, person-centered care for individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use disorders. Through a holistic, team-based approach, the program focuses on treating the whole person—not just symptoms—by integrating behavioral health and addiction services into a unified treatment plan. Key Responsibilities Deliver co-occurring treatment services through individual and group counseling Support clients through CPRC community-based services and outreach efforts Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and stage-of-change evaluations Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on treatment reviews and care plans Provide transportation and collect/process urine drug screens as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency policies Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing clinical supervision Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School/GED required Associate's/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation/vocational/pastoral counseling, family therapy or closely related field preferred WORK EXPERIENCE Must be one of the following: PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Missouri QAP – a person certified or registered with one of the following Missouri Credentialing Board credentials: CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, CCDP, CCDP-D, RADC, RADC-P One (1) year of training or supervised experience in substance abuse treatment required If less than one (1) year of co-occurring disorder treatment experience is held, must be actively acquiring 24 hours of co-occurring training and receive supervision from experienced co-occurring staff as approved by the department A valid driver's license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Missouri OR Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) with Missouri Substance Use Credential You’ll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You:
