Monitor the quality of components and product throughout the production cycle as well as the quality of finished goods.

• Audit the production lines at established intervals following standard work
• Assist production in troubleshooting issues on the line and make recommendations for corrective action
• Organize and coordinate any SFO needed for Pre/Post production
• Validate and prepare daily quality start-up checklist
• Close all shop orders as necessary
• Calibration of measuring and test equipment for the lab and production areas
• Maintain finished product retains
• Periodically audit quality paperwork and functionality logs
• Communicate issues and other information to the next shift daily
• Good attendance (less than 2 absences) and good safety record
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
• The worker constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
• Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
• Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly
• Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discrimination in sound
• The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity with or without assistance such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading, visual inspection, using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes
• Able to lift 55 pounds occasionally, 25 - 50lbs. consistently
