T he Injection Molding Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordination the work of employees who set-up and operate injection molding machines by leading and promoting a safety-first work atmosphere while ensuring all company rules and policies are followed. The injection molding supervisor will be a working supervisor performing set-up, processing, and production support while mentoring and coaching employees to ensure the goals and objectives of the company are met.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting and support a safety-first work atmosphere.
- Ensures all company rules and policies are followed.
- Ensures components are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
- Directs, coordinates, and supports all production activities on 3rdshift.
- Performs Set-Ups, Changeovers and Processing to Production
- Processes and Troubleshoots plastic injection molding equipment
- Records and maintains accurate production records using MRP system
- Supports Inventory and Cycle Counting using MRP system
- Keeps department clean and organized following 5S methodology.
