Sullivan Clinic LPN - IV CERT

Overview

Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is a designated critical access hospital committed to providing quality health care service to residents in Crawford, Franklin and Washington counties. The Sullivan clinic is a well-established, multi-discipline physician group providing family, internal and OB care. Primary location is the Sullivan Clinic; there may be coverage needs at other campuses.

We are looking for an IV Cert LPN to join our Sullivan Clinic. This is a multi-specialty clinic. A typical day includes rooming, triage calls, point of care testing, assisting the provider, and conducting prior authorizations.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

• Implements treatments and procedures within the scope of practice for the Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, provides patient teaching and discharge planning. Participates in professional development and lifelong learning.
• Performs patient assessment and evaluation with regard to the patient’s age and developmental needs.
• Assists in developing and updating the plan of care with regard to the patient’s age and developmental needs.
• Implements plan of care with regard to the patient’s age and developmental needs.
