Qualifications- Educational requirements:
Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing - Licensure: RN license
- No prior experience required; preferred candidates have < 2 years and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Provide holistic patient care and education
- Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities
- Develop and communicate comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients
- Assess patient needs and barriers, considering emotional, spiritual, and cultural factors
