Life Care Center of Sullivan is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to serve as Treatment Coordinator and wound nurse, providing primary skin care under physician direction.
You will collaborate with the nursing team and IDT to assess, plan, and implement treatment, educate CNAs, and ensure compliance with Life Care standards. This role requires an active RN license and nursing degree, with wound care and geriatric experience preferred; CPR certification is expected.
