Role Overview
Provides direct patient care in a 16-bed Emergency Department with a patient volume of 45-50 daily. Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Develops and communicates individualized care plans, assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Utilizes critical nursing skills and maintains alertness for safety-sensitive responsibilities.

Qualifications- RN license required
- Minimum one year ED nursing experience preferred; new graduates considered
- BSN degree preferred; associate's accepted
- Experience in trauma, cardiac life support, pediatric care, or with advanced technology is advantageous
- Patient education and support
- Participation in quality and safety activities
- Collaboration with healthcare team
