As a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care. You will provide clinical leadership to the patient care team during your assigned shifts, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
Assess and monitor patient conditions and implement appropriate care plans
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Provide guidance and support to the patient care team
Need 3 years experience in setting
Active Illinois RN license requiredBLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA)
