Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Unit Care Coordinator (LPN) at Life Care Center of Sullivan in Missouri. The role supervises and coordinates patient care on the unit, working with patients, families and nursing staff to meet care goals under Life Care standards.
The ideal candidate is a licensed LPN, completed an accredited LPN program, and holds CPR certification. Geriatric nursing experience is preferred. This full-time position includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus and day shifts.
