Part-Time Emergency Room Nurse; Rotating

This position involves providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

• Promote patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educate patients and families on managing illness, injury, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized plans of care with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients or caregivers.
• Assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• No prior experience necessary; two years of experience preferred for certain roles.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
