Understand the needs of internal and external customers and drive process improvements to reduce defects and waste.
Primary Duties- Write protocols and reports such as IQ, OQ, PQ, CAPA’s, process capability, etc.
- Create customer required documentation such as COA, COC, and release authorizations.
- Utilize SPC data to drive production improvements to deliver consistent quality products.
- Analyze data to identify, track, and help implement waste reduction strategies.
- Perform risk assessments in conjunction with applicable departments.
- Investigate failures using structured problem‑solving activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Actively practice safety in all aspects of the job.
- Know and practice proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Know and recognize quality products and practices, and take action when defects are identified.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes respect and teamwork between coworkers, customers, vendors, supervisors, and management.
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs consistently.
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent work experience.
ExperienceMinimum of five (5) years quality experience required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic technical writing skills required.
Other QualificationsAbility to work flexible hours as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to internal and external customers.
